What Is Supersell Rewards?

We truly value our customers, which is why we created Supersell Rewards. For every purchase you make, we give back 3% of the product's value (depending on the item) as store credit directly to your account. These credits can be applied toward any future order.

Redeeming your rewards is simple and seamless:

  1. Log In to your account before shopping.
  2. At the Checkout page, navigate to the "Store Credit" section.
  3. Select "Store Credits" to apply your balance to your total.

Eligibility & Guidelines

To ensure we can offer these rewards, we have one simple rule: please complete your purchase using a standard payment method.

  • Excluded Payment Methods: Rewards are not issued for orders paid via Afterpay, Zip Pay, or PayPal due to the high transaction fees associated with these platforms.
  • To earn credits, please use a credit or debit card payments (Apple pay, Google Pay and Bank Transfer).

Expiry & Timeline

  • 1 Year Expiry: There is no rush to use your rewards; your hard-earned credits will last for 1 year and are ready whenever you are.
  • Processing Time: Credits typically appear in your account within 24 hours of placing an order.

Why Are My Credits Not Showing Up?

Credits usually take about 24 hours to show up in your account after you make an order. If they are still not showing up in this time frame, please get in touch with us and we will look into it for you.
